1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
"Processing" includes order verification, quality check, and packaging. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to our customers in the United Kingdom.

Estimated Shipping Time: 4 to 8 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 11 business days (Processing + Shipping).
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak seasonal periods.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)
PROMOGATE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, VAT may be applicable depending on the order value and current UK import regulations.
5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update, which can cause delays. PROMOGATE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
